Ms Foo was an ex-MOE teacher in JCs as well as secondary schools, teaching GP and English. She has a Bachelor of Arts from NUS and Postgraduate Diploma in Education from NIE, as well as Masters of Arts from University of Hull, UK.

Mr. Jeff holds a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore. He has worked with students from different backgrounds since his undergraduate days. He has also involved in a number of research projects throughout his studies. Most recently, he was teaching life science modules at one of the polytechnics in Singapore.

Ms. Selena See graduated from National University of Singapore with a B. ENGINEERING (NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE), and she went on to further her studies in counseling to further equipped herself in helping students to learn better emotionally and mentally and attained M. SOCIAL SCIENCE (UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA). She has worked in City College as a teacher and curriculum developer for the past 20 years.
